Nicola has over 40 years experience working for Solicitors in conveyancing. Progressing from college to becoming an Executive PA working for a legal 500 firm in London before taking on her current role as a Conveyancing Fee Earner over 20 years ago.
Nicola has built up a wealth of knowledge over the years dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, unregistered properties, new build and shared ownership transactions.
Nicola has a large repeat client base covering London, Hampshire and the South Coast.
Nicola is very proactive in her approach to work with her clients interests and moving transactions forward swiftly her number one priority.
Nicola is married with 3 lively grandchildren. She enjoys 1940s and 50s dancing, vintage clothes and DJ’ing on the vintage and retro scene at events such as the Goodwood Revival. Nicola loves travelling the back roads of the American West whilst on her holidays. Her other passion is her garden, especially her roses.
